These terms describe how Vertly actually works, including exactly what coins and credits are. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Vertly is operated by Media Miso Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202433140M), Singapore. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use Vertly.
A personal, non-transferable licence to stream our content for your own non-commercial viewing. You may not download, record, redistribute, or publicly show it. You do not acquire ownership of any episode.
Each series opens with a number of free episodes. That number is set per series and shown on the series page before you begin.
Before you subscribe, we show the amount, the billing interval, and the renewal date next to the purchase button. You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@vertly.tv if you would rather we did it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate part months.
For an annual plan, we will email you a reminder before it renews. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage or cancel it in that store’s subscription settings rather than here, because only the store can change it.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their policies, not by us. For purchases made on the web, contact support@vertly.tv. Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or a refund, that right applies and nothing here limits it.
If a refund is issued for coins you have already spent, we may deduct the corresponding unlocks from your account.
We licence some content from third parties for a fixed period. A title may leave the catalogue when that licence ends, including one you have unlocked. Where we know in advance, we will say so on the series page. This is the one case where an unlocked episode may become unavailable, and we will not charge you again for it.
Do not share your account, attempt to download or capture the video, circumvent the paywall, or use automated tools against the service. We may suspend an account that does. Where we suspend an account for a breach, unspent coins and credits are forfeited.
We aim to keep Vertly running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice and stop charging subscriptions.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
